Spearheaded a consortium of 10 non-profit organizations that run professional practices programming for artists, and secured funding to help the consortium grow and better serve artists. Grew organizational programming from one to five programs and increased staffing accordingly. Increased awareness of organization and doubled revenue by targeting and cultivating relationships with foundations, individuals, government grant-makers as well as corporate sponsorship. Targeted, cultivated and recruited new Board members, grew Board from four to ten members. Liaised directly with all Board members, sat on all Board sub-committees and made quarterly presentations to the Board and annual presentations to the Curatorial Advisory Council and CUE Fellows. Created annual budget projections, maintained financial records, including tracking monthly revenue and expenses.
