He has excellent oral, written and communication skills and is well organized. He excels in multi-tasking and works very well as part of a team component or on his own independently. He has strong leadership skills and was always willing to volunteer for extra projects outside the normal scope of his outlined duties and work overtime as the department needed. Jeremiah was always a go to person in our department and his rapport with the employees was exceptional. As part of his job Jeremiah was tasked to help with compliance control in the department, a job which he took very seriously and made sure was followed and completed per all department requirements on a daily basis.
