  Maintains Project Cost Ledger of various construction projects funded by Federal, State , Local Funds as well as Pledges and Donations. Review and verifies Constractor's Invoice covering period of project accomplishments prior to payment. Monitors various Grants ( Federal, State and Local ) , expenditures billings and Drawdowns. Prepares Monthly Project Cash Flow Statements for the Board's Meeting. Prepares necessary project cost journal entries and generate Monthly Project Cost Reports (Revenue and Expenditures) Maintains schedules and journal entry adjustments for Capital leased Assets. Reviews Project Payrolls (Contractors and Subcontractors) in relation to Davis Bacon Act.. Does monthly accrual of revenue and expense allocations to various departments. Does other duties as may be required from time to time by the Controller.
