      • Jan 2022 - Apr 2022

I provided research and analytics support for the team at Coraggio Group with an emphasis on synthesizing the data into insightful and clear client-ready reports that inform the strategic planning process. My experiences included the development and deployment of surveys, data cleaning, and exploratory analysis. I also assisted with providing research on industries, markets, economic development, and organizational health. I also had the opportunity to identify, trial, pitch, and begin the process of implementing a new analytics software into our workflows. With only a bit more than a month of experience, we have seen a 100% increase in our analysis process efficiency.

    • Peer Career Advisor
      • Sep 2019 - May 2021

I was the first point of contact for any students, staff, parents, or employers who had questions or needed to access the Career Center. I had three primary responsibilities: providing career guidance to my peers during weekly drop-in hours, handling general administrative tasks including scheduling and responding to emails and phone calls, and reviewing job postings on Handshake (our job board) before they went live.I assisted in the transition from an in-person advising model to a virtual system. Using my expertise with Zoom, I helped train other Peer Career Advisors in best practices and how to use features such as the Whiteboard, Closed Captions, and security settings. I pioneered an appointment system for the Peer Career Advisors to complement the current drop-in system. With appointments, we were able to provide career guidance during non-traditional hours, and often during times that students needed it most.

    • Student Body Vice-President
      • Dec 2019 - May 2021

I was elected and served as the official student liaison to college administration and the Board of Trustees. Primarily, I was accountable for the organizing and facilitation of the Student Senate, the representative and legislative branch of the Student Government, and the leadership of the Cabinet together with the Student Body President.Throughout the 1.5 years, I organized over 10 town hall sessions in which college administrators had the opportunity to respond directly and personally to questions and concerns from the student body. These were incredibly helpful for the community amidst the COVID-19 pandemic, and the increased collaboration saw the presentation of planned tuition increases and their reasons to the Student Senate for the first time ever.Facilitated discussion in the Student Senate towards funding $100,000 towards maintaining the free shuttle service to downtown Portland. These funds went towards keeping preexisting shuttle routes for student accessibility and convenience amidst rising costs in the wake of the pandemic.Led and managed the Strategic Direction Task Force towards laying the foundations for redesigning the purpose and structure of the Student Senate in the future. We outlined what current issues needed to be addressed, how a redesign could potentially solve them, and laid out a few guiding principles for any redesign process. This project was successfully transitioned over to my successor.I developed and implemented an onboarding process and new materials in order to better prepare newly elected Student Senators for their duties and responsibilities. Prior to this, there was only a single training session and there was no written document that outlined their duties. As part of this project, I produced a 30-page Handbook and designed a incremental training sessions that worked in tandem with the Handbook.
