  Currently I am designing and implementing the training program for the drivers as well as supervising the recruiting dept. I train all new hires and retrain current drivers when needed. I am also writing all of the standard operating procedures for our facility as well as our clients. I assist the safety supervisor when he needs or is absent from duties for some reason.
