Our group is researching new novel anti-inflammatory therapeutics for patients with chronic rhinosinusitis. Our research group have raised over 3 million dollars in grant funding. We have shown that non-steroidal glycosaminoglycan-based anti-inflammatory therapeutics creates a mucosal barrier in sinonasal mucosa and reverses chronic rhinosinusitis within in-vivo and in-vitro models.
