  At Senderra we dealt a wide variety of medications so it was very important for me to have complete knowledge of the drugs, the scheduling of the medication deliveries, and the proper care of each individual medication. I was certified in HIPAA. It was a priority of mine to ensure the patients’ information remained private. As a supervisor I guided 2 teams of 25 people through any problems or situations that may occur. As a supervisor my responsibilities were to assign daily responsibilities and specific instructions according to the daily goals. I was responsible for controlling, monitoring, and correcting any errors. Due to the fact that it is very important to have accurate paperwork and information about the medication, physician requirements, and insurance information training and leading my team to self correct and control the errors is an important aspect. I worked with the director to improve the policies and procedures at the job and to ensure all aspects of the job ran smooth and timely. Show less
