As the Lead Supervisor, I was in charge of the Human Resource management of up to 70 contract Paralegals at Baron & Budd. I was responsible for managing and mentoring a Supervisor, 4 Assistant Supervisors, and all Contractors to insure the success of the project with the firm. I was responsible for enforcing company rules, approving time-off requests, resolving conflicts, and maintaining a productive work environment. I held weekly Supervisor meetings, participated in bi-weekly meetings with AMG, and monthly meetings with the Lead Coordinator of the project to ensure clear communication between the firm, supervisors, and AMG. While performing these duties, I also reviewed depositions to write and cure deficiencies from defendant trusts in order for the firm and their client to receive monetary settlements.
