  Led UX research for eBay on their product ‘DBA’. Integrated qualitative research in the development process to support use of quantitative data. Established a user panel with 100+, arranging numerous workshops, interviews and usability tests, and communicated insights to various stakeholders (product managers, architects, etc.) using design artifacts such as empathy map and customer journey map.
