Jeg har haft fornøjelsen af at have Jeppe som vores office manager og kollega i CPH teamet. Jeppe møder ind på kontoret med et uimodståeligt drive og positivt mindset, som altid er åben for en god dialog, selvom der er travlt med opgaver som skal eksekveres. Som office manager har Jeppe været fleksibel og imødekommende i situationer, hvor akutte problemer skal løses. Vigtigst af alt har Jeppe formået at holde den positive vibe på kontoret, og taget opgaven med stor ydmyghed. Jeg giver Jeppe de varmeste anbefalinger herfra!

Jeppe har i 2 år været ansat hos Wellvita, som medieindkøbschef og daglig leder af vores afdelingen i København, med 8 medarbejdere. Jeppe er en utrolig engageret medarbejder, han er en god kollega og det er let at arbejde sammen med Jeppe, da han har en positivt indstilling og er ikke bange for at tænke tingene på nye måder. Wellvita har gennem årene været igennem en meget stor vækst, med mange forandringer og igen her er Jeppe gået ind i alle nye projekter, med en positiv indstilling. Jeppe har som leder været god til det sociale og selv om der har været mange store forandringer, har han været i stand til at få de andre medarbejder med i projekterne ved at være motiverende og ved altid at se tingene fra den positive synsvinkel. Jeppe er en medarbejder, som vi altid har kunnet stolte på og jeg vil gerne give ham mine allerbedste anbefalinger og rose ham for sit vindende væsen (han giver nemlig aldrig op). Jeppe er desværre blevet fyret efter at jeg solgte virksomheden og man ønskede at mere skulle foregår i Esbjerg fremfor for København og i den omlægning har den nye ledelse desværre været nødsaget til at afskedige 8 medarbejder.
