      The challenge was known to be a turn-around of a minor company where finance, internal procedures, cooperation, trust and culture were neglected and needed rebuild and revitalization. Basic procedures and information to plan and followup were not present. Registrations of SKU's and inventory were inadequate. I managed to stop the financial discurs and succeded in re-establishing cooperation and trust between old and new colleagues and regained a positive spirit for the future development. The employees reduced sickness and regained energy and got to work as one company for the benefit for the company. I succeded in building systems for planing, controlling and analysis improving sourcing, production and sales. Before leaving I educated my employees in maintaining and developing the systems for future use. Show less
