Jens kom til Danhaus fra en stilling som direktør hos Gunnebo protection a/s i Varde, ikke alene med de relationer og erfaringer han der igennem havde opbygget til byggebranchen, men med en viden om byggebranchen på et niveau, der vidner om en person der ikke går ind til noget uden på forhånd, at have sat sig grundigt ind i tingene. Jens er en person med et højt energiniveau og en meget høj arbejdsmoral. Han stiller store krav til sig selv og sine medarbejdere. Jens evner på rekordtid, at sætte sig ind i nyt stof og nye opgaver. Personligt har jeg, i de 2 år jeg har arbejdet sammen med Jens Bollerup både på det professionelle og det personlige plan, nydt godt af Jens` viden og hans mange erfaringer som han gerne deler ud af. During my period as CEO the group structure was re-organized, export to new markets established, LEAN implemented, international procurement and logsitics improved, manufacturing in 2-shifts established etc. leading to improved efficiency and profitability.
