Jens and I worked with each other in managing Indian batches for Manager Training Program. This job requires you to be on your toes all the time and be innovative in finding solutions for different issues/problems. He was instrumental not in providing guidance, good and effective suggestion but also supporting all delegates to be a success story on their own. My first meeting with Jens was in " The Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FICCI)" while attending first leg of GIBC programme sponsored by German govt..Jens has methodical approach which made our learning in Germany about German culture, Biz environment,law very easy... it really was a pleasure working with Jens for a month long programme .. Jens understanding about India and Germany helped us know German way of doing biz.. Also Jens is a good host and ensured our stay and learning as per our expectations... I recommend Jens as a consultant if you need support in Germany..
