I have had the pleasure of working under Jens’s management both when he was project manager in Radiometer Medical now when he is CTO in Atonomics. He is a technically founded leader with an extensive knowledge in a wide range technical areas and an entrepreneurial mindset. Jens can develop new ideas, turn them into solutions and successfully execute them. He has a high level of abstraction and understands all the complex challenges across multiple disciplines - at the same time he has the edge to cut right to the core and ask the questions that make his people innovate. He empowers his people to take decisions at the point of impact. On a personal level Jens is extremely well-liked throughout the organization and has a calm and dynamic approach to his peers.
