      This internship was part of my education "Graduate Programming" at HOGENT. For my internship with ING GROUP, I worked for 6 months. The internship started with extensive training in frameworks that are used internally within ING. After this training I was appointed for 2 projects within ING: 1 large-scale project and 1 small-scale project: 1) Feature for the Internal ING Release Management Framework: ING Keystore Management ING works internally with an Ansible framework written in Python to automate their releases. My task was to provide the framework with new functionality. 1a) Ansible Role The requested functionality was to design an idempotent ansible role that can perform CRUD operations of a keystore on multiple tenants. 1b) vRO Package A second part of this task was to write a vRO package that contains actions and the workflow to manage the keystore. The language used for this was a legacy version of JavaScript (ES3). 2) Private Cloud Maintenance page The question was to centralize all maintenance pages of all tenants into 1 common page. My job was to develop this static page in production. The page is dynamically constructed in Javascript and consists of a banner and navigation written in Vanille JS. Show less
