Worldwide sales and marketing of machines for powder metallurgical and ceramic applications. Increased turnover by 34% p.a. (CAGR) since 2009. Focus on FAST/SPS sinter presses, granulation machines, mixers, cold presses and automation equipment. Project management and strategic business development. Global key account management of MNCs, SMEs as well as R&D institutes and universities with a focus on Asia, North America and Europe. Establishment of sales channels and distribution networks. Previous to Dr. Fritsch working experience in marketing in Japan and as a sales engineer for Kyocera Fineceramics EMEA Headquarters in Germany (5 years). Sales achievements in the last year at Kyocera: Booking 156,9%, Shipping 149,2%. My achievements at Dr. Fritsch:anual turnover increased in average by 34% per year since 2009 (CAGR). Some of my milestones:2011: Sale of the - at that time - largest FAST/SPS production machine which Dr. Fritsch has ever built.2012: Three years after selling the first production eqipment to the friction material industry, the largest producer of motorcycle brake pads decides to switch its production to Dr. Fritsch FAST/SPS machines.2014: First sale of a fully automated turnkey solution FAST/SPS production line to a sputter target manufacturer. 2015: Sold the 1,000th FAST/SPS machine to Oxford University in Great Britain. 2016: A Japanese manufacturer orders the largest production machine. Managed to win the contract against 5 local Japanese competitors. Largest single order to that date.2018: Sold the 10th FAST/SPS sinter press to a German/Chinese producer of hydraulic systems.2019: Sold the -to date- largest FAST/SPS sinter press to a sputter target manufacturer. Largest order to that date.2021: Sold the first MSP-5, one of the largest SPS sinter presses in the world, to a Korean customer. This is the highest single order ever received by Dr. Fritsch.
