A journey that started out with a simpel task to improve the e-mail deliverability and insourcing of all outsourced e-mail servers ended up being a CTO position with 12 employees and several big projects that were launched during those years. The company developed from 3 employees to 20+, from 1 server to 100+ without ever loosing the touch of being a startup and adapting to market needs and changes fast. Some of the biggest projects during that time were: - Own e-mail marketing platform for inhouse use A complete built from scratch platform which was optimized for ease of use, speed and efficiency. Every angle was customized to the use as an affiliate marketing company and while the development of this probably will never stop, it is the most sophisticated and advanced system for e-mail marketing ever built. Volume pushed through this system easily exceeded 10 million e-mails daily. - Online membership sites From creditcard acquiring to membership managing, support processes and over to marketing plans budgets and back. The market is crowded, but there is always room for the player who is able to change the game and set a new standard on how high you can set the bar of expectations. - Online gambling - lanadas.com A whitelabel solution for a gambling website with both a global license and market-specific licenses - building a front end that meets the players expectations, managing marketing activities and promotions and making sure, that every little detail is taken care of in order to give the user an awesome experience.
