During my career as a musician, I have regularly participated in tours, concerts and recording sessions in Sweden as well as abroad with a number of Swedish and internationally renowned artists - Childish Gambino, Seinabo Sey, Sabina Ddumba, Carola, Måns Zelmerlöv, Loreen, Uno Svenningsson, Petra Marklund, Ola Salo, David Lindgren, Martin Stenmarck, Molly Sandén, and Jill Jonson to mention a few. I have also participated in several TV show bands as well as worked at theaters, both as musician and as bandmaster. To have a successful career in music, a long term devotion and a constant strive for development is needed. This is a mindset and attitude that has been great for me in music as well as in life, regardless of which job assignments or challenges I've been facing. Show less

Complementing my music career, I've always had web development as a big part of my freelancing journey. I've built many websites during the years, for myself and my different projects as well as for clients. I've been working a lot in WordPress since around 2005, a tool that I know thoroughly. I'm driven by a constant aim of developing and renew my knowledge and I'm always keen to keep myself updated about new techniques. 'Stjärnklart' is an annual arena tour around Sweden. The artists participating this year was Måns Zelmerlöv, Carola, Loreen, Petra Marklund and Ace Wilder, together with talk show host David Hellenius. Jens played saxophone and flute during this tour. As bandleader, Jens had the privilege to recruit and lead the theater orchestra, as well as contributing with new music to several of the theater shows that was given at the time. He also participated in the orchestra himself as saxophonist. With children in the audience during music and theater shows, one can never be sure of what will happen and every show will be unique. These daily working conditions gave Jens the possibility to further perfect his already great improvising abilities and to constantly be open to what is happening in the moment. Show less

Jens worked for six seasons as theater musician in Astrid Lindgrens World, where he participated in many shows based on the stories found among the fairy tale treasures of author Astrid Lindgren. He also contributed with minor acting work. Every summer, around 450,000 visitors of all ages visits the park, giving Jens great opportunities to develop his ability to quickly establish a contact with people, face an audience and always deliver entertainment of the highest quality.
