  We were a digital design agency helping clients out with the full process from idea/business case, through all design and development phases. We heavily employed design thinking in all our work and had a mindset where development was not separate but part of the design work, increasingly involving developers into the design work and were very early adopters of design systems. We used the title Design Technologist to describe our hybrid tech focused yet design centric roles.
