Jenny is an amazing resource. She helped me with a project I undertook last year - her insightful input and coaching were instrumental in creating a detailed and transformational offering. Jenny's ability to dive into the weeds and discern the big and impactful issues is an incredibly valuable skill. She cares and gives her all to get you the results you not only want but those you need. Thanks, Jenny, for all you do!

I have been fortunate enough to collaborate with Jenny in support of 13 teams the past year. She’s an incredibly knowledgeable and highly competent consultant and talent management strategist. I’ve learned so much from her about both system and enterprise level HR strategy as well as developing managers skills to implement effective talent practices. If you are looking for someone to help your team plan long term for new roles, structure changes, and or leadership transitions, call Jenny first. Not only can she help you with the logistics of team headcount planning but she can prepare you and your team to manage the cultural shifts changes in people and structure inevitably bring. Natalie

Strategic Thought Partner/ Staffing & Culture Consultant to First-Time Social Impact EDs & CEOs
-
May 2011 - Apr 2022
Here are some of the courageous staffing and culture decisions I’ve helped visionary social impact leaders make with clarity, confidence, and compassion: ** Helped a nonprofit founder decide to finally build out a team (and how to do it) so that he could step aside and his legacy could live on (in doing so, program involvement tripled in a year, and he took his first real vacation in 30 years!) ** Worked with an education foundation's ED to create a new staffing structure (and figure out how to convince the board to approve it) that allowed the organization to double their annual fundraising income in one year. ** Guided one social services ED on deciding to terminate a manager who was toxic and the direct cause of high employee turnover and low employee satisfaction ** Gave a higher ed Leader the confidence and courage to step into her own greatness as a leader and stop “faking it till she made it”. We worked on decisions around how she wanted to show up as a leader to her team and also amongst her colleagues as a leader in the organization. ** Empowered a hospitality General Manager to navigate a massive reduction in force with grace and compassion - always treating the employees as people first ** Helped an innovative medical director build out a new organization including org structure, employee policies, and hiring practices.
