  Project Identity Management Services (Also known as Trust Based Services-TBS) IMS is a package of identity management services that can include such areas as Passports applications, Birth Deaths and Marriage Certificates, and other applications that can be on boarded as required for an agency, an example being ATO and Department of Justice. The concept of this application was to provide a complete end to end solution that would reduce time and location restrictions for applications. As a Senior Test Analyst, I am involved in manual testing of the TBS Release, which is a collection of technical and business requests components to ensure stable and reliable access for customers and also addresses some critical new business needs, following from start to finish, including the “Go Live” stages, following the agreed Agile methodology. Scenarios were developed for confirming correct operation at each point an agency transaction, data was provided to an online PDF form and then checked in the data base, a compliance application was then tested to confirm validation of user information with the database and businesses rules. A counter application that could include photo identification signature input, barcode scan and NETPOS entry were the next part of e2e process, finally the compliance portal was used to validate the completed transaction and status.
