Manage and own all aspects of social media and digital marketing for the five brands in the Rodney Strong Wine Estates portfolio, including Rodney Strong Vineyards, Davis Bynum Wines, ROWEN Wine Company, Upshot Wines, and Knotty Vines. This fast-paced position entails: • Conceptualizing and executing all assets of social media content so that our brands’ presences tell compelling, share-worthy stories that support key goals monthly. • Creating, launching, and optimizing online advertising for RSWE, including advertising through social media, search engine marketing, pay-per-click, and more. • Implementing strategies to elevate and refine online brand personalities, including aesthetic and voice. • Internally-generating visual assets necessary for social media content, including the art direction, photography, photo editing, and more. • Providing all social media support and interaction with consumers and trade in our online community of over 250,000 individuals. • Managing the social media launch for all new brands, new SKUs, and vintage releases. • Owning all social analytics and reporting to track results, identify opportunities, and ensure goals are being met. • Developing close relationships with supporting departments essential for mutual success in meeting our respective company and brand goals. • Acts as the main advisor for all social media matters to the leadership team, board, and other key stakeholders. • Training key teams on representing our portfolio via social media, including sales and other key spokespeople. • Partnering with vendors and overseeing projects to ensure goals are met for each project we are partnered on. • Representing RSWE at key consumer and industry events, including speaking at the national Direct to Consumer Wine Symposium industry conference. • Assisting to conceptualize and manage events with key brand partners, influencers, and media.
