I have worked with Jenny for over 17 years, much of that time as her manager. Jenny has incredible research skills – she clearly enjoys the challenge of finding information and is creative in problem solving when information isn’t readily available, always ensuring that the information she delivers is authoritative. She develops strong relationships with clients and is quick to pick up the phone or meet in person to truly understand their information needs, scope their projects, and manage expectations, when needed. Jenny is always professional, exhibits a positive spirit, and has been a valued thought partner on our team.

Jenny has offered support to my team in every sense of the word -- providing speedy and reliable information on tight deadlines and also coaching them to get creative with keywords for search and training them on the Bloomberg terminal and to use other data sets. She also took on a special project, joining members of two other teams to develop a tool that helped our clients get ready in case of a no-deal Brexit; she proactively kept it updated for months. It was both popular and highly-rated for quality. She's also a complete pleasure to work with.
