  • Working as an integral member of the in-house leasing function at Westfield UK HQ, responsible for the leasing transactions and asset management of the UK’s premier retail and leisure destination, Westfield London. • My role requires daily management of external relationships including lawyers, key stakeholders and joint venture partners, whilst directing internal departments such as leasing, development, retail delivery, finance and centre management to ensure that every transaction is documented in accordance with board approval, in an efficient and professional manner and within agreed timescales. • Responsible for the management of leasing transactions for the following projects:  £600m Westfield London Expansion which opened in March 2018.  £8m phased Food Court refurbishment at Westfield London.  £14m re-development of the Dimco East building to become “Exhibition London”.
