I am an experienced, Associate Solicitor, specialising in drafting Wills with Inheritance Tax considerations, helping clients plan ahead and setting up Lasting Powers of Attorney. I administer estates, including high net worth estates with amalgamated trusts, and advise in relation to Inheritance Tax and how this may be saved post death, taking into account lifetime gifting and the option for Deeds of Variation, where appropriate. Recognised by clients for excellent service, delivered with empathy and discretion, In particular, for assisting clients coping with traumatic events and becoming elderly. I have advised a number of parents of children with learning disabilities who wish to protect assets for their children's benefit, ensuring their financial needs are met by appropriate trustees.
