Solely coordinated the collaborative work of the Loughborough Development Group (comprised of 16 primary schools and 5 high schools). Their mission was to raise standards in education across the town by working in partnership. Training and Development Officer

Supporting the Training and Development Manager and 3 Regional Training and Personnel Officers to design and develop training solutions for the retail network (350 stores) and head office. I was personally responsible for coordinating the annual "what's on" guide to training from booking the rooms and trainers to allocating places on the courses and I helped manage the store talent programme, the Management Development Programme. I also delivered soft skills and management training to head office colleagues. I managed the Training Department twice to cover maternity leave and during this time assisted the business with regards to training for new product releases and pilot projects. Show less
