I worked with Jen for a couple of years in a very demanding and difficult environment. She handled it perfectly. She consistently went above and beyond expectations to ensure all projects were successful. Her knowledge of Python, and scripting in general allowed us to automate time consuming tasks. I counted on Jen to run every detail to the ground, and her customer service and support was outstanding.

Management, processing, analysis, and mapping of spatial data at Paradigm ISR (subsidiary of n-Link). Paradigm ISR was a Bend-based startup with strengths in acquisition of aerial imagery, data and image analysis, and presentation of final products. I used ArcGIS, Python, QGIS, and FME to process vector and raster data. I wrote Python scripts to assist in data processing and management. I was hired to help ODOT complete the Bend North Corridor Environmental Impact Statement. I responded to public comments, coordinated with key stakeholders, reviewed and edited resource reports, and wrote findings of consistency with local plans. I also used my GIS skills to create maps for project teams and public outreach, and I created and managed a geodatabase for the hazardous materials group. The Bend North Corridor Project won the Project of the Year Award (WTS Portland Chapter) for transportation excellence through the achievement and success of women. Show less

I was part of a GIS team that converted the City of Pendleton’s water systems information from CAD to GIS. Where automatic transfer of attributes was not possible, we georeferenced scanned hard-copy maps and manually transferred attributes to coincident features.
