I engaged Jenny to run a series of soft-skills workshops for an internal group within Kiwi Wealth made up of our younger employees, or those earlier on in their careers. The workshops were fantastic! Jenny was able to deliver the content in a relatable way, engaging everyone despite varying job descriptions and experience. Jenny also ensured the content was fit for purpose for us and delved into areas of particular interest to the group, rather than delivering a cut and paste training module. Would highly recommend Jenny as a trainer/educator!

I met Jenny through one of her client engagements. Right from when she started talking, I knew that she was a kindred spirit of business analysis. It felt like Jenny was a stranger with a familiar face, which is credit to her formidable people skills, extensive professional knowledge and genuine helpful nature. I quickly came to trust and value Jenny's thoughts on the world and have aspired to grow and develop to her level of competency ever since. She is a credit to any organisation fortunate enough to have her time and should the time come where the ether brings our paths together again, I will feel lucky indeed to work with her once more.

Working with our customers in the business analysis, design and agile space in order to develop and increase their capability so that they can deliver amazing outcomes for their organisations and themselves. My goal is ensure that every participant understands how to apply the theory; without the understanding of the theory and the practical application the learning doesn't deliver the value that it should. I have the great privilege of working with a group of employees at Kiwi Wealth called "Young Wealth". We have created a set of foundational (soft) skills workshops, with the goals of developing awareness and capability within the following areas: - Communication "How to be a great communicator"- Stakeholder Management "The who, why, what and how of stakeholders"- Emotional Intelligence "Understanding what it means and how to develop your EI) The 1st workshop ran in September and it was interactive, fun and valuable. I'm really looking forward to the next one on 13th October.

A challenging and rewarding 17 months, leading the product development teams at FarmIQ towards becoming a world class product development capability. Our drivers are to deliver the right products, the right way and in a timely manner; constantly thinking about business viability, technical feasibility and user desirability.During my time as CTO we had a significant number of wins as detailed below:Success lift and shift of our SaaS product from a private hosting company to AWS, which increased the performance x10, reliability/ availability x5 and decreased the cost.Design and implementation of a Product Development LifecycleDesign and implementation of a Portfolio governance process and the associated decision framework Implementation of Communities of Practice across all disciplines with a focus on agilityMany other development principles and practices were implemented by the teams, leading to increased code quality and transparency.

Assurity is a well established name in the testing/ quality space. I joined in order to establish and grow Assurity's market presence, specifically in the Business analysis/ User research consultant space in Wellington. My main accountabilities were building a great team and increasing brand awareness of our capability and service offering.Working with our great recruiters we successfully grew the team to 8 people with a diversity of nationalities and skill set. As a team we designed and developed a suite of frameworks and products that enabled us to deliver real value to our clients in an efficient, effective and productive manner.
