Working with extraordinary colleagues, I lead the Center for Medical Simulation, an organization committed to training healthcare professionals in teamwork and communicates without risk to patients. We are a deliberately developmental organization--we use our own dilemmas and challenges to improve improve empathy, performance, and reflective practice skills. We advise other organizations on how to do this too.
