Additionally, I am responsible for updating all dental software and patient appointments to ensure that our clients' practices are running smoothly with regard to appointments and understanding dental insurance eligibility. I process immediate insurance verification requests in 10 minutes or less through our 24-hour help desk for dental offices, ensuring that our clients have the information they need to provide exceptional care to their patients.
