  Appointed as Operations Manager taking full responsibility for the Honeypot House and site, overseeing the program of respite breaks and community outreach services across the home counties and the South coast. Leading and providing strategic direction for staff and volunteers ensuring a safe and high-quality service, for all the children the site supports. • Controlled the budget for the Honeypot House, in the region of half a million pounds, ensuring maximum child to cost numbers • Effectively led, managed and motivated my team of 4 full time and 25 part time staff, ensuring all weekend break and outreach sessions run successfully.• Provide 63 weekend and holiday breaks for 1200 child carers and other disadvantaged children at Honeypot House, as well as delivering community outreach sessions for approximately 2500 children.• Played an integral part in securing Charity of the Year status with a major American Financial Institution thus enabling financial security to launch a new initiative of a term time programmes. • Developed a programme resulting in each child receiving a Stepping Stone qualification linked to the social and emotional aspects of learning, enrichment and personal skills development.
