A 3-week design sprint; as an end-to-end UX designer, I worked in a team where I conducted research sessions with the user group Treiner wanted to onboard. After synthesising the information and defining the problem, I helped design a prototype that utilises Treiner’s capabilities; a new user flows (job posting with matching system and onboarding experience) for the new users. Monitoring inventory for an online fashion rental business and working alongside the Merchandising, Finance and Logistics teams. I worked in a teamwork environment where organisation is essential for an efficient work process. I am responsible for the arriving and onboarding of products to stocktaking and retirement of products while ensuring to maintain quality standards for the customers along the way. Working here, I have learnt that I love helping people in ways that would make their work easier and more efficient through process optimisation for better workflow. Show less
