She started working with us a Customer Success Specialist, but soon she advanced into other tasks in marketing due to her willingness to learn new things and great mindset. Jenny is currently handling all customer service related tasks, such as managing refunds and complaints, dealing with shipping, contact with our warehouse and all customer communication on various platforms. She handles this efficiently and with patience and professionalism. Apart from that she is also doing E-commerce work such as updating the CMS (Shopify), editing photos and videos for ads, preparing ideas, copy and much more for content that is published across our platforms (Instagram, Newsletters etc). What she has, that is greatly appreciated, is a very digital approach, to everything. This means that she never backs away from any problems, she finds a way (YouTube, instructions etc) to sort ut out. She is a fast learner and has a very positive attitude and is a great person to be around.
