      I am responsible for managing the coordination, review and approvals of complex development projects that may affect TTC's infrastructure and operations. Examples of such projects include incorporating direct connections between a private building and a subway station, zero lot line developments adjacent to TTC's assets, and construction of towers over top of the subway system. In addition, I am also responsible for providing property, planning and real estate support to internal departments ( claims, legal, transit enforcement, operations etc.) and for the administration and management of over 56 direct entrance connections between a development and the TTC system.- partner with stakeholders and other agencies to strategically achieve corporate mandates- seek opportunities through municipal approvals and partnering with the development community and TTC's project teams to deliver TTC's capital projects within third party developments - collaborate with a team of professionals to find solutions to incorporate entrances/exits to the subway station within development while maintaining TTC service- acquire real estate interest and secure property rights through the municipal approval process- prepare correspondence including, briefs, reports and presentations for Senior Management- interpret, review, and assist with the drafting of legal agreements (permission to enter, undertaking, construction, operating, easements, MOU etc.) Show less
