My main responsibilities are focused on supporting clubs and leagues to improve their members experience within their club/league environment. I have built strong relationships with key contacts in clubs and leagues to ensure that I can support them fully. I also support clubs with funding bid writing, finance management and marketing. In February, London is hosting the Team World Cup. I am lead on the club/school development project which aims to develop Table Tennis in schools and build the relationship between the two partners. This also involved building this plan into the mayors bid, requiring team work, working to time pressured deadlines and project budget planning. I am volunteering at the event in the communications department. I work very closely with the Jack Petchey programme supporting the relationship building with clubs and the competitions. I supported the delivery and media reporting of the recent team events across London and Essex ending in a Zone final where I managed the event volunteers on the day. I currently am working towards a Level 3 in Management and co-line managing a development apprentice.
