It is rare to come across someone as self-motivated and driven as Jenny. I have had the pleasure of working with Jenny in multiple capacities and her ability to achieve aggressive goals is simply inspiring. During my nearly four years with Education Corporation of America, Jenny was a huge contributor to our success and helped put us both into positions for advancement. Central to that success was Jenny’s natural ability to strategically think out problems and her built in sense of urgency. Skills that many do not possess naturally and make a world of difference when attacking challenging goals and/or changing environments; in proprietary higher education, we were constantly up against both. Specifically, Jenny was critical in turning around one of the worst campuses in the company in terms of graduate placement rates. Then, after being promoted, she was immediately met with significant changes in accreditation standards/ procedures. Jenny’s leadership and strategic thinking helped her team get through these scenarios (and many more) with great success. Jenny was also the team’s calendar for special occasions and events, making sure no one ever had a birthday missed or an accomplishment uncelebrated. Jenny will immediately make any team she is a part of better.
