I had the pleasure of working with Jenny during a major change process for the Frito-Lay organization. Jenny led her area of responsibility during the conversion from non-DOT regulated to DOT regulated vehicles & drivers. She managed the change project with a degree of competence that was truly instrumental in ensuring the success of a process encompassing 3 states, hundreds of route sales drivers, and their vehicles. Both before, during, and after the project, Jenny was consistently sought out by Region & Division leadership in assisting her peers. Jenny's professionalism, knowledge of DOT/OSHA/FMCSA rules & regulations, and unparalleled work ethic will be an asset to any organization as she moves forward in her career.
