      Responsible for the management of a Shared Services Center for the Water Resource Division. This includes A/P, A/R/Collections, Payroll and credit card processing. The Shared Services staff of 12 handles these processes for 25 offices in the US. A/P - responsible for the processing of 5,000 vendor invoices per month - inputting and allocating the costs to various jobs/overhead accounts. Exporting those invoices to JDE Oracle Enterprise One for payment. Research and fix all miscodings that happen in other offices not part of these 2 divisions to get costs in the correct buckets. Also handle all calls from vendors regarding payments on their accounts. A/R - responsible for the data entry and processing of all customer billings for these 25 offices. Enter, log and track payment of each invoice. We make the initial and follow up collection calls and follow it through to payment. All calls are logged and noted within our JD Edwards Enterprise One V. 9.2 - that is viewed by all account managers and general managers company wide. Payroll - responsible for the processing of time cards for 600+ field employees. Enter hours, review hours to make sure appropriate wages and Davis Bacon contributions are made. Then follow it through to final payment to ensure payroll check is correct. Credit Card processing - we have 2 company credit cards. One Visa card & one Fuel card. Responsible for the allocation of each transaction associated wtih each card holder throughout the billing month. With 700+ cardholders, that is upwards of over 10,000 transactions per month. I am a member of our Corporate Sustainability Council, work on various corporate teams to improve processes & more. I am the liaison between operations & finance to ensure things run smoothly for operations. I assist in overseeing all administrative type issues.
