  In an effort to improve my own health, I began to study and learn so much about the magnificent bodies we have been given and what we need to provide adequate nourishment. I also found it very rewarding to share this knowledge with others and help them change their health as well. Not only is it about nutrition, but mental clarity, physical health and financial health.
