Also coordinating the lambing & calving seasons for 615 ewes & 120 beef sucklers. Assisted with vet visits including sick cow cases such as bloat & toxic mastitis. Upgraded my families herd & flock plan for 2020 to include a vaccination programme, biosecurity policy, youngstock & husbandry procedures as well as reviewing mortality data & antibiotic usage with our local vet.
