I reported directly to Jenny while working at Compass Real Estate in my position as Office Administrator. I always appreciated the fact that she took time to have one-on-one conversations to listen to what you were working on, having any issues with, what you were achieving, and most importantly finding ways to help as needed. She did this with all of her team. Jenny was open to your ideas of what you could do to strengthen your position and future goals. I appreciated that she was quick to jump in and support you on many levels as needed. Jenny was a successful manager, leader, team player, and good at communicating and giving guidance so that you could be more successful in your role. She’s hard working and takes the initiative to get tasks done successfully and professionally, while managing a team positively. I would highly recommend Jenny for a manager position in any company.
