Lola Fredrickson
I've worked with Jenny in a number of capacities over the past decade or so. My company worked with a team of hers when she was at GMAC-RFC where she was directing a very complex training project. Jenny is able to see the big picture, know what needs to be done and meet schedules and budgets while inspiring and nurturing a team. I've worked with dozens of clients in this capacity and she is one of the most pleasant and accountable people I've worked with In the past couple of years, Jenny has joined me in a nonprofit effort to start a local chapter of the ARCS Foundation. Again, Jenny has been able to see the tasks that need to be done and ensure that they are. Starting something from nothing is not an easy task, and Jenny clearly has the ability to do that. Jenny was willing to accept the role of President of this organization and has put together the full board and team as well as serve as our representative on the national level. In addition to all her excellent skills, Jenny is a pleasure to work with and highly committed to whatever she's focused on. When she says something will be done, it will be done and done well and with style. I would not hesitate to work with her in any situation and feel I would always benefit by having her on my team.
