I worked with Jenny when she was at JDRF. As both a board member &, later, Board President, I witnessed Jenny's skills & abilities up close. She expertly navigated the details & stresses of multiple large events (800+ attendees) each year while developing donors, both corporate & family-based, leading outreach efforts, & championing advocacy locally & nationally. Jenny always brings a smile & a willingness to find a way to achieve goals. Her passion & enthusiasm are contagious & I always appreciated her dedication to the team & the mission. She's a gem of a human & would be a great addition to any team!

Jenny is a mentor and friend who took me under her wing when I was hired as one of her colleagues at JDRF. I was first introduced to Jenny, then Senior Development Manager for the Nashville chapter of JDRF, when I was a volunteer. It quickly became apparent that she is quite skilled at event planning and motivation for elevating peer-to-peer fundraising. Phone calls with Jenny were filled with inspiration and usable techniques on ways to take my personal fundraising and the fundraising of our team to the next level. The events she plans are top-notch experiences for that attendee. They are both inspiring and fun and they raise a lot of money! Jenny puts a lot of heart, soul, and love into everything she does. It’s clear to me that Jenny is truly concerned about every volunteer that she works with which makes volunteers work harder for her. When I was later hired as a Development Manager for the Fort Worth chapter, Jenny offered guidance every step of the way, opening her playbook and coaching me to have successful events of my own that were fun for the attendee and met and exceeded fundraising goals. Simply put, Jenny has tremendous planning, logistics, execution, fundraising, volunteer recruitment and volunteer stewardship skills. And she’s one of the friendliest people you will ever meet. She is a true leader and I’m proud to call her my friend.
