Karen Green MBA

I was fortunate to have worked closely with Jenny for four years at Companion Protect. Jenny's role was critical to the development of best in class software for animal shelters. Her overall strategic vision and knowledge of software development enabled her team to develop industry leading software. Jenny led the software development to fully track all metrics for shelter pets, including medical, behavioral and tracking a pet's status towards adoption. Jenny played a key role in building teams that successfully partnered with other teams within the organization. I found her team building skills to be superior within her own group, as well as helping associates outside of her group. Jenny is a highly valued manager and motivates employees to bring their best. I highly recommend Jenny for any company needing a committed, loyal and remarkably effective leader!
