Significant achievements include ensuring the ACMA has a strong and robust evidence base to inform its decision-making in the important area of NBN consumer protection rules (NBN consumer residential experience snapshot). Under my leadership the Branch also developed an internal communications plan that included successfully piloting fireside chats and monthly themed activities enhancing engagement of staff across the agency.Strategic planning and reporting achievements include the agency Annual Report, the Communications Report and the timely completion of the Regulator Performance Framework report.
