      Duties and responsibilities Responsible for the sales and retail operations of the Richemont boutiques in the region. Ensure that boutique staff are properly trained in sales techniques, customer relations, product and brand knowledge, boutique operations and service. Submit detailed trip reports for all market visits. Ensure retail boutique staff are using the customer database correctly and recording customer and sales information correctly.
