I've had the privilege to work with Jennifer for a few years. I was a former Jive customer and when I joined Jive as an employee Jennifer reached out often to offer her help or insights as I started my pre-sales role. When she learned I was about to engage with customers she had worked with in the past she graciously offered to meet with me and share her insights so I would be successful. Since we've had the opportunity to work more closely together either on best practice webinars, JiveWorld training workshops or building Jive's thought leadership and best practices for leading effective customer engagement communities. She's smart, collaborative, patient and an all-around professional that's willing to take on any new challenge thrown at her. Her recent promotion to Practice Director was well earned and a testament to her value on any team.
