Foxie is a change tool that’s aim is to support management and team self-management. The tool helps team members develop and solve problems in areas where the team needs improvement, such as communality and learning. In my work, I am responsible for the customer interface. I collaborate with customers, collect user and customer feedback and make sure that our services meet their needs. I produce content related to work life topics and analyze content in collaboration with AI. I work closely with our Tech department. Before we came up with Foxie, we pivoted our services. From 2019 to 2021 we mainly did projects and research about wellbeing at work and work life. Our customers included, for example, Palvelualojen ammattiliitto Pam (Service Union) and Insinööriliitto (The Union of Professional Engineers). We acted as the main partner in the Väestöliitto (Family Federation of Finland) Tasa-arvo ja Isät (Equality and Dads) -project. My tasks included acting as a project manager, coordination, research and analyzing, as well as communication tasks such as planning and producing podcasts and videos. As in most of the start-ups, also at Foxie, everyone does a bit of everything and occasionally I’m also our marketer, communicator, administratior and seller. You name it!
