I have had the pleasure of working with Jennifer on a couple of instructional design projects for e-learning courses. She has the key attributes of a great instructional designer - the ability to actively listen to the client and the subject matter expert and ask effective questions, the ability to assimilate and organize information quickly and logically, and of course excellent writing skills.
