I attended the Envision Evolution Training Institute with Jennifer as the designer of the program and instructor. The Envision Evolution Equilibrium coaching approach is congruent with my own belief that a person’s overall health must engage the mind, body and spirit and bring all into balance. I found this approach woven throughout the program as our cohort was brought from learning about coaching to demonstrating coaching while building confidence, competence, and enthusiasm for the coaching profession. For someone who has been a coach for years and already certified through another program, there was plenty of new learning especially with the deep dive into ICF competencies and practice coaching. I found myself eager to get to class, engage in the learning, and apply it to my coaching. The non-judgmental atmosphere Jennifer created provided a comfortable learning environment where I could take my coaching competency to the next level without focusing on why I wasn’t there already. I recommend Jennifer as an Instructor, Coach, and Coach Mentor.

EEC Training Institute's Envision Evolution ACTP coach certification program was top notch, thorough, impactful, and transformative. I learned much more than I expected and took my executive coaching abilities to a new and higher level of expertise, skill, depth, and confidence. There is no other program that teaches at the caliber and level of ICF coaching mastery the way EEC Training Institute program does.
